Use and Transfer of Personal Data and its Predetermination for a Specific Purpose
Hochland only uses your personal data to the extent necessary for purposes of technical administration of our web sites, customer management, product surveys and marketing. Inquiries from state institutions and authorities and the transfer of personal data to them are only handled strictly within the framework of binding national law. Our employees, agencies and trading partners are bound to secrecy and obliged to uphold our Code of Conduct.
The Right to Choose
We would like to use your data to allow us to inform you about our products and services and to ask you about them if need be. Your participation in such activities is, of course, entirely voluntary. If you aren't happy about it, just tell us – anytime – by mail so that we can bar access to your data. The local web sites provide further details.
