Hochland CEO leaves group
The long-standing CEO Peter Stahl leaves Hochland. The decision was ultimately based on different views of leadership. Sebastian Schaeffer takes over on 1 December 2024.
CEO Peter Stahl leaves the Hochland Group after 12 years at the top of the company and 24 years on the Executive Board - an amicable agreement was reached for the end of November. The decision is based on recent differences in management understanding with the majority of the Supervisory Board of Hochland SE.
Sebastian Schaeffer, CCO in the company, moves up. He takes over as Chairman of the Hochland SE Executive Board on 1 December 2024 and retains responsibility for the Commercial division. CFO Hubert Staub and COO Josef Stitzl continue to complete the Executive Board of Hochland SE.
