Hochland’s internal and external rules of conduct toward our employees and colleagues, as well as toward our business partners and competitors, are clearly set forth in our “Code of Conduct.” These rules ensure that Hochland acts fairly and ethically and complies with the law. The Hochland shareholders and management have always been committed to this principle.
Should any violations of laws or our “Code of Conduct” occur, these can be reported directly through our “TELL US!” whistleblower system. Employees, business partners, and other third parties have the option to anonymously report suspected serious misconduct without fear of negative repercussions. In addition to the system provided by Hochland, external reporting channels, such as those of the Federal Office of Justice (BfJ), may also be used.
In addition to the “Code of Conduct,” Hochland has internal rules of conduct in the form of shared values.
