Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG)

In line with our mission, we at Hochland take responsibility for our business practices and are committed to treating people and the environment with respect. We also expect our suppliers throughout our entire supply chain to uphold this responsibility.

In accordance with the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG), which establishes a legal framework for a company’s due diligence obligations regarding human rights and environmental protection, Hochland has published a policy statement. In addition to the policy statement, which outlines how we handle our due diligence obligations, complaints under the LkSG can be submitted via our whistleblowing system TELL US!, which serves as a complaint procedure.
