Personnel development at Hochland: We foster your skills
Professional and personal development have a system at Hochland: In the annual performance appraisal that you will be conducting with your supervisors, you look back on the past year, discuss your achievements, identify strengths and development potential ‒ and agree specific goals for the coming year. If necessary, trainings are set which will help you to achieve your goal.
Our internal and external training offers include
- IT training (operating systems, new applications, etc.)
- language training
- leadership programs and group representatives training
- promotion of further vocational qualifications (master's certificate, apprenticeship for long-term employees, specialist training, etc.)
- specialised training and team building activities
- individual coaching
