Supply Chain Act

Day by day we at Hochland do our best to excite people with our products. We take responsibility for human beings and environment – in everything we do. We also keep our children and grandchildren in mind.

As a company, we take responsibility for our business activities based on the Hochland mission. For this reason, we also expect our suppliers along the supply chain to treat people and the environment with respect.

With the German Supply Chain Act, due diligence obligations for companies with regard to human rights and environmental protection issues were specified in law. Hochland falls under the scope of this law from 1 January 2024 and will pursue corresponding due diligence obligations in its own business area, with direct suppliers and, if necessary, with indirect suppliers using a risk-based approach.
